About Us Pet Products is a family owned and run business that have been the sole UK distributor of Plexidor pet doors since 1994. We import the doors from the manufacturers in the USA and stock them in the UK ready for immediate despatch. We are a mail order company only, so do not deal with face to face transactions other than at Crufts each year where we have a Trade Stand. Like all families we have lives to lead and cannot be at the end of the phone all day. We do have 24 hour answer-phone services on both our telephone numbers, so please leave a message for us. We endeavour to return all calls the same day, but if we cannot do that then we will call you back within the next working day. Availability of Plexidors
We try to maintain a full stock of all sizes of Plexidors in the 3 main colours, but due to limited space we do not hold large numbers of each size, particularly XL. So this means that sometimes we may run out, but we have good communication with the US manufacturers and can usually have a resupply within 14 - 28 days. If you place an order online and we are out of stock, your credit/debit card will not be processed until your order is ready to send to you. Electronic Plexidors, Kennelplex and Slide-in Tracks are also not currently stock items and so need to be ordered in from the US. Replacement Parts
We also keep a stock of the more regular replacement parts - Weatherseal, Panels, Spring Sets and locks/keys, though very occasionally we may run low of these also, particularly after Crufts when existing customers sometimes stock up. Over the years we have also accumulated a variety of miscellaneous spare parts such as screws and washers etc. so if you are moving house and taken your Plexidor with you, don't despair if you lose or damage a screw or nut. Every part of the Plexidor is replaceable so if you do damage some part that isn't listed amongst our Replacement Parts, please give us a call or e-mail as we might have what you need or can get it for you. Warranty Plexidor pet doors are covered by a 5-year limited warranty. Any defective part will be repaired or replaced without expense to the customer, including standard courier charges, for 5 years from the purchase date. Labour is not covered.
